

Classes | Under 12's | Adults
All Classes are one hour long and students are expected to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to each lesson.
Adults
- Adult - Basics
Basics: This class introduces the basics of martial arts, encompassing fitness training, self defence, balance, control and focus.
The style is Freestyle Sport Karate, but will include elements of Kickboxing, Lau Gar Kung Fu and traditional Karate.
Gradings take place every three months, which enables students to advance through the syallabus, which helps progression and understanding of the sport, and allows you to develop into a successful martial artist.
Basic classes are mixed and take students from 12 years plus.
- Adult - Women only
Women Only: This class is geared as the title suggests purely for women who may feel self conscious when training in a mixed class.
The same techniques are taught but the lessons are geared more towards fitness training, body sculpting and self defence more than sparring and fighting.
- Adult - Advanced
Advanced: This is a fast, action packed class that takes students to the next level.
Knowledge, fitness and endurance training are intensified by fast explosive drills, bag work, sparring, movement and footwork, that are guaranteed to get you to the top of your game.
This also gives students the opportunity to compete in national competitions as individuals or as part of our elite fighting squad.
- Adult - Sparring
Sparring: We train in semi-contact, which looks closely at speed, agility, creativity and more importantly control.
All these aspects are taught under extreme supervision by our most senior instructors to ensure safety amongst our students and no accident incurred.
The sparring class looks at the art of combat, preparing students for upcoming gradings and/or competitions.
- Adult - Martial Fitness
Martial Fitness: Martial fitness is our own blend of kickboxing and Aerobics.
The workout is quite intense and is perfect for weight loss, body toning, fitness and endurance.
Using a mixture of circuit training, pad/bag work and drills you are guaranteed to build up a satisfying sweat.
- Adult - Private Classes
Private Classes: Classes can be arranged with the instructors for one-on-one training.
These sessions are perfect for upcoming competitions or gradings and can be booked at any time and are tailored to suit your needs.
