New 12 week intensive course starting 3rd May 2010
Starting on the 3rd May 2010 at the Reebok Gym in Canary Wharf we will be running a 12 week intensive training course for adults. The course is aimed at improving both skill and fitness and will be a lot of fun!
At the end of the course you'll get a Pyramid T-Shirt and Grading for free!
There will be free taster lessons on the 10th and 24th March 2010 but places are limited so to book please call Matt on 07958 922 731.

100% Pass Grading Congratulations to all students who took their grading on Sunday 20th September, all your hard work and determination was well rewarded, as there was a 100% pass rate. As your instructors, both Jamie and Matt are extremely proud of you and look forward to helping you develop further as Martial Artists.

Welcome to the new website, we have a great 2009 planned with plenty of new classes and some exciting competitions coming up.
As many of you know we have also recently moved into our new premises overlooking the Thames and we are loving the new Dojo.
The club is expanding rapidly so we will be introducing even more classes as the year moves on with special master classes from Champions from around the world.
Please feel free to bring your friends into the fold with you and help build our great community.
