Class Descriptions

Boxercise
Is a form of fitness training that involves boxing concepts, like Punching, Skipping, Ducking and Weaving.
Combinations, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Power, & Balance.

HIIT
HIIT or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

CORE CONDITIONING-
is a non-aerobic, muscle-toning class, usually focused on core strength. Most sculpting classes use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these gadgets. You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting.

Muay Thai
Freely translated as Thai Style Boxing differs from other martial arts in several respects;
Patterns do not exist in Muay Thai, kicks, knees, elbows and punches are delivered with full force and without holding

back.

Do I need to be fit to start training
Our aim is to get you FIGHTING FIT! The important thing is to work within your own boundaries. We will give you the

encouragement you need and with perseverance you will notice improvement before long. If you have not exercised

for a long time and have concerns about your general health you should check with your doctor before taking part in

any martial arts or fitness activity.
