Class Descriptions

Boxercise
Is a form of fitness training that involves boxing concepts, like Punching, Skipping, Ducking and Weaving.
Combinations, Speed, Agility, Endurance, Power, & Balance.

Fitness Circuits
If you can’t decide which is the right exercise for you, or you just like the idea of putting a little variety into your

workouts, then Circuit Training classes will suit you down to the ground. In simple terms, it’s a whole range of different

exercise activities, one after the other, all in one fast-paced class in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Everything from

squat jumps and kettlebells swings to sit-ups, weightlifting and pad work, covering all kinds of disciplines and using all

sorts of equipment, across all the key muscle groups. This is not just for the fit, all ages and ability levels welcome – you

work as hard as you can and let the instructor motivate you.

Fit Club
This is a brand new class and the concept is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. At the start of the class,

the instructor will do your full body stats – weight, bodyfat %, muscle, water, bone density, metabolic age, internal body

fat (visceral fat) and metabolic rate (how many calories you are burning), then give everyone a very quick tip of the

week to help them achieve their goals then finish off with a circuit style fitness class. This is another class designed for all

ages and ability levels and focuses on body fat loss and lean muscle gain whilst improving your cardio fitness.

Muay Thai
Freely translated as Thai Style Boxing differs from other martial arts in several respects;
Patterns do not exist in Muay Thai, kicks, knees, elbows and punches are delivered with full force and without holding

back.

Do I need to be fit to start training
Our aim is to get you FIGHTING FIT! The important thing is to work within your own boundaries. We will give you the

encouragement you need and with perseverance you will notice improvement before long. If you have not exercised

for a long time and have concerns about your general health you should check with your doctor before taking part in

any martial arts or fitness activity.
